Do you have Bravecto for cats ? I am using it for some tome now, for my dogs and I am very happy with the results.

I have been using Stronghold. I also need to control the many types of ticks found in the western US. Switching to or adding a med would be fine, as would oral meds. What do you suggest?

Both Nexgard and Bravecto are great oral meds for tick and fleas.

Do I need to purchase a heart worm medicine in addition? I am switching from Stronghold because we found ticks using that product. 2 weeks now with Bravecto & tick free but I'm concerned about heart worms

Bravecto is great for tick and flea but as you said it doesn't cover heartworm. We recommend you to top up Bravecto with Heartgard. But please bear in mind Heartgard is a preventative, you have to be sure your dog didn't get the heartworm in this period.
