    This shouldn't be a problem as the vast majority of active ingredients are bound in the collar matrix and not on the surface.

    I have 2 bonston terriers. One weighs just a little under 18 lbs and the other one weighs about a little over 18 lbs.(She is about 19lbs or so.) Should I go with the small collar for both? I'm concerned that it might have some kind of side effects if i were to use the big ones for both and also worried if small ones, it might not work properly. What is your suggestion?

    Seresto for small dogs should be fine for both of your dogs. The size is about the comfort on this product rather than dosage.
