My dog got heartworm positive in test kit but veterinarian told me my dog might have very initial infection, stage 1 or 2. Is the product available to kill adult wearworm in early infection stage or not?

This product is only preventative. If your dog has heartworm you must talk to your vet for treatment.

Valuheart only treat heartworm. It doesn't cover any other parasite.

if i were to buy 2 boxes of valueheart will it last that long? the expiry

Yes it should easily last. Generally the items are manufactured about six months ago with a three year lifetime, so on average you have about 2.5 years before the expiry date is reached.
